Shipping Timeframe: I aim to ship collection earrings within 3-15 business days from the date of purchase as these are premade. Custom Bridal Earrings, depending on size of party, may take 8-30 business days from the date of purchase to ship as they are made to order and may require me to order pieces to fit your request. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Method: I ship my products via standard shipping methods. At this time, I do not offer expedited shipping options.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Information: Please note that I do not provide tracking information for orders. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your order, please feel free to contact me, and I'll be happy to assist you.

Shipping Restrictions: At this time, I only ship to addresses within the United States. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to international customers.

Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe varies depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 7-14 business days within the continental United States.

Shipping Address: Please ensure that you provide me with the correct shipping address at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages: While I take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, if you encounter any issues with your delivery, please refer to my Returns and Refunds policy above (which outlines damages products), or reach out to me, and I'll do my best to assist you.

Order Updates: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. Please make sure to check your email inbox, including your spam/junk folder, for any updates regarding your order.
